In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Your energy and professionalism will set the tone for our guests' stay, creating a great experience from the moment they arrive. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills while working in a guest-focused environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly and professional interactions Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service and hotel experience expertise Maintain accurate reservation records, update guest information, and coordinate room assignments seamlessly Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Answer all incoming calls with proper phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately within the hotel's front desk operations Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and effectively Experience Choice Hotels/Choice Advantage experience preferred Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong advantage, enabling effective communication with diverse guests Proven customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Familiarity with front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, and night audit processes Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests Experience working in a resort or similar hospitality environment is desirable Ability to work weekends consistently, demonstrating flexibility and enthusiasm for weekend shifts If you're passionate about hospitality and creating great guest experiences, we'd love to meet you.
