Job Description
The Horse Shoe Farm is an 85-acre boutique resort with eight homes (and more on the way!) in the heart of the Blue Ridge mountains. This spectacular property is looking for the right person to join the team to perform an array of tasks to guarantee excellent guest service. The ideal candidate is a hospitality-driven, detail-oriented, passionate person who can multitask. Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Welcome guests with a gracious, professional demeanor and provide seamless check-in and check-out experiences. Anticipate guest needs and offer personalized recommendations, ensuring every interaction reflects the resort's elevated service standards. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly, coordinating with Housekeeping, Maintenance and other resort departments to ensure efficient resolution. Maintain a polished front desk environment that reflects the resort's brand and atmosphere. Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, events, and transportation options. Support VIP and special-request guests with tailored service throughout their stay. Maintain detailed logs and reports, ensuring smooth communication between shifts. Uphold all company policies, service standards, and safety procedures. Ability to navigate technology and have a willingness to learn how to use our systems. We use a number of online computer systems to manage our facility. Booking reservations via email, phone, and in-person for the homes, restaurant, and spa. Interact with guests and answering any questions they may have during their stay Assist with inspecting common areas and grounds.
