Job Description
The Guest Service Representative is responsible for exceptional customer service at the front desk and executes all tasks and systems to support the efficient delivery of guest satisfaction throughout their shift. This includes reservations via phone and in person, guest check in and out, guidance for guests in dining and directions, and the commitment to consistently wowing our guests with the quality of your service. Every shift includes billing, recording inventory and any other task necessary for the efficient operations of the hotel. Excellent customer service skills on the phone and in person Capacity to pay attention to details for billing and reservations Ability to navigate fast-paced environment Desire to meet/exceed exceptionally high standards Exceptional Attitude High degree of self motivation Flexible schedule Minimum of 2 years consistent employment experience required Hotel Experience required
