Overview Open Interviews June 25. 10AM to 2PM and 5PM to 7PM Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Guest Service Agent/Front Desk! In this vibrant role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Your energetic and positive attitude will help create memorable experiences for our guests, fostering loyalty and satisfaction. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while working in a lively, guest-focused environment. Whether managing reservations, assisting with guest inquiries, or coordinating with other departments, your proactive approach will be key to our success. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests with courtesy and clarity Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and resolving issues effectively Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to the highest standards Handle night audit responsibilities by reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy Foster positive guest relations through personalized service, multilingual communication skills, and attentive hospitality practices Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is highly desirable Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to engage with guests and team members seamlessly Familiarity with night audit procedures and guest services operations is a plus A genuine passion for hospitality, guest relations, and creating memorable experiences for visitors Reliable transportation and flexible availability Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality that makes every guest feel valued!
