We are seeking a dedicated and professional Hotel Front Desk Associate to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Marion, NC. As a 24/7 hotel, we rely on our front desk team to ensure continuous guest service at all hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in/out guests with a warm, professional demeanor. Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and lobby area. Handle reservations, guest requests, and special accommodations accurately. Ensure all front desk procedures are followed, including cash handling and safety protocols.

Requirements:

Flexibility to work various shifts, specifically 8 AM - 4 PM or 4 PM - 12 AM. Must be available during weekends, holidays, and inclement weather events, as we rely on our team to stay on-site during adverse conditions. Willingness to come to work during inclement weather, ensuring the front desk remains staffed. Previous front desk or customer service experience is a plus.
