The Morrisville Aquatic and Fitness Center is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as part-time staff. This role is ideal for high-energy team members who enjoy working with the public and contributing to a positive, welcoming facility environment. Candidates should be reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-run facility. Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons, answering phones, processing registrations and memberships, scanning members in, and supporting front-desk administrative tasks. Assist patrons with information about parks, programs, facility rentals, events, and Town services while maintaining strong knowledge of facility offerings. Support daily operations including opening/closing duties and helping with program check-in/check-out and room setup/breakdown. Process payments and registrations accurately using ActiveNet and follow Town cash-handling policies. Enforce facility policies in a professional, courteous manner to ensure a safe and welcoming, and well-managed environment for all patrons. Maintain facility cleanliness and general upkeep while demonstrating strong multitasking skills and comfort with basic computer programs. Other duties as assigned. Previous work experience in customer service is preferred but not required!
