Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12-3PM at 800 E. US Hwy 74 Business, Rockingham, NC 28379
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet arriving guests and complete established check-in procedures. Ensure guests receive prompt, professional attention and personal recognition. Respond appropriately to guest complaints. Implement appropriate service recovery gestures in order to ensure guest satisfaction. Regularly calculate and/or posts money, receipts, guest accounts, and other forms of credit using accurate, proper cash and credit card handling methods. Keep guest information private and ensure that only the correct individuals are given access to rooms. Basic mathematical skills and considerable skill in the use of a calculator to prepare moderately complex mathematical calculations without error. Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system. Ability to observe and react in emergency situations. Ability to perform any tasks required by the hotel
General Manager Requirements:
Prior experience preferred but not required United States work authorization is required High school or higher education preferred No criminal background and no drug use Must be able to provide references Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must have reliable transportation. Perform other duties as required. This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional demeanor, clear communication and appearance in a clean uniform are also required.
