Job Description

Core Responsibilities Greet members: Welcome every person who walks in with a positive attitude.
Check-ins:
Scan member key fobs and confirm their account status.
Answer questions:
Provide information about memberships, club rules, and amenities.
Desk maintenance:
Keep the front desk area neat, clean, and organized.
Requirements People skills:
A friendly, outgoing personality.
Tech skills:
Basic computer knowledge and experience.
Multitasking:
Ability to handle busy crowds and phone calls at the same time.
