The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information. Handle reservations via phone, email, and in-person inquiries while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Maintain guest accounts and process payments accurately. Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest relations. Utilize multi-line phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and messages. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with front desk operations, customer service best practices, and guest services is essential. Experience with night audit processes is a plus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment. A background in resort settings is beneficial but not mandatory.
