Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Resort Front Desk Guest Services Agent, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive. In this vital role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our resort, providing exceptional customer service, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help foster a warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps guests returning time and again. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hotel management and guest relations within a vibrant resort environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in experience Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance to callers Handle guest requests efficiently, including room changes, special accommodations, and concierge services Maintain detailed records using hotel management software such as OPERA, ensuring accuracy in reservations and guest profiles Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy overnight Enforce hotel emergency procedures confidently, prioritizing guest safety at all times Provide expert knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, turning challenges into positive resolutions Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor and excellent phone etiquette Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Familiarity with hotel management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms is preferred Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols is essential Previous experience with night audit procedures is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism in fast-paced environments Excellent communication skills coupled with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to creating extraordinary stays for every guest.
