Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, providing a friendly and efficient check-in experience Manage multi-line phone systems, handling inquiries with courteous phone etiquette and problem-solving skills Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, and modifications using property management systems (PMS) Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction Handle guest requests and complaints promptly, ensuring issues are resolved effectively to maintain high service standards Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety and security at all times Maintain organized front desk operations, including logging arrivals/departures and updating guest records Requirements Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk roles preferred; hotel or resort experience is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices Excellent phone communication skills with multi-line phone system proficiency and professional phone etiquette Ability to handle customer service problem-solving efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Experience working with resort environments or high-volume guest settings is advantageous Flexibility to work on weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday mornings This paid position offers an exciting chance to grow your career in hospitality while delivering memorable experiences to our guests.
