Front Desk Agent Best Western/ Red River Lodge 1101 38th Street North, Fargo, ND 58102 $15.50 - $16.00 an hour - Part-time $15.50 - $16.00 an hour - Part-time We have the following hours available for the front desk 7 am to 3pm 3pm to 11pm With the possibility of getting more hours depending on your performance. Job Overview As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Duties Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out of the hotel Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and provide information about hotel services and amenities Process reservations and handle cancellations or modifications Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area Skills Proficiency in front desk operations Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems Strong hospitality background with experience in resorts or hotels Exceptional customer service skills Understanding of hospitality management principles Ability to handle guest relations effectively Familiarity with night audit procedures
