Job Description Camp K9 in Fargo is looking for a friendly, organized and motivated Front Desk Assistant manager to join our team! This key role will help support our manager and keep our front desk running smoothly while providing excellent service to our clients and their furry family members What you'll do Assist the manager and owner with daily operations and tasks. Run the front desk, 10 am until 5 pm (quietest time) including phone, email and in-person client service Manage phone systems to handle inquiries, bookings, and questions with professionalism, welcoming and clarity. Check in/out daycare, boarding and grooming clients Answer questions and provide a welcoming,professional experience Support the Campk-9 team and help the facility stay organized, clean and running smoothly. Most importantly is assisting the manager with manager duties.
