Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and a solutions-oriented attitude Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly Conduct night audits when required, verifying daily transactions and balancing accounts Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing incoming calls across multiple lines Assist with guest relations efforts to foster positive reviews and repeat visits Support overall front desk operations during peak hours or staff shortages Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse guests effectively Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and hotel management software platforms Knowledge of resort operations and guest services best practices Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately and efficiently when needed Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping Experience in guest relations and conflict resolution within a hospitality setting Passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences that make every guest feel valued Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm fuels exceptional guest experiences!
