Front Desk Associate Element Fargo | Fargo, ND Element Fargo is seeking a friendly, dependable, and guest-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, our Front Desk Associates play a critical role in creating an exceptional guest experience. If you enjoy helping people, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a team that takes pride in hospitality, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately Answer phones and assist with reservations Respond to guest questions and requests Handle payments and maintain accurate records Work closely with other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and positive attitude Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer proficiency Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required Schedule 3-5 shifts per week Flexible scheduling available Some evenings, weekends, and holidays required Why Join Element Fargo?
