Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and check-in guests with a friendly and positive attitude Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly and professionally Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with grace and efficiency Process reservations, check-outs, and payments accurately Assist guests with information about hotel amenities, local area attractions, and dining options Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the hotel

Qualifications:

Prior customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Proficient in using computer systems and software Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts are 3pm-11pm, weekends Why Join Us?
