Position:

Overnight Front Desk Agent Key Responsibilities:

Handle phone inquiries, bookings, and guest check-ins/check-outs using the Opera PMS system. Resolve guest concerns promptly, including maintenance issues, with professionalism. Maintain cleanliness of public areas and ensure safety, especially during winter months. Monitor pool chemical levels to ensure safety and cleanliness. Perform laundry duties (washing and folding towels). Lend a hand in other departments when needed.

Requirements:

Strong teamwork skills and reliability are essential. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, guest-centered environment. Availability for 2 shifts per week. Saturday & Sunday schedule A proactive, can-do attitude—ready to take initiative and support the team in various tasks.
