Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part Time Night Audit (Saturday/Sunday). This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in an independent environment. As a Night Audit professional, you will be the vital link between guest services and hotel management during the overnight shift, ensuring every guest's stay begins and ends on a positive note. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations during the overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing excellent customer service and information to guests and staff. Maintain security protocols by inspecting premises, and safeguarding guest property. Assist guests with special requests, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations to enhance overall satisfaction. Sets up and maintains breakfast area. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property remains clean, safe, and welcoming. Requirements Experience at hotel front desk operations; previous night audit experience is highly preferred. Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and guest services procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Exceptional phone etiquette skills and experience handling multi-line phone systems confidently. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail.
