Job Description

The Fairfield Inn & Suites hotel is seeking a Guest Service Agent 3-11pm or 5-11pm with rotating weekends We are looking for candidates that are outgoing and looking to excel in the customer service industry. Career Opportunities to grow within our company . Job duties consist of but not limited to:
  • Answering all phone calls
  • Guest check-ins/check outs
  • Completing reservations and excelling in sales revenue
  • Greeting guests and providing exceptional customer service
  • Handle customer issues with resolution Shifts 3p-11p or 5-11pm Must be available to work some weekends.
Will work with college schedule or sports schedule Hotel experience not required. Will Train the right Candidate If you are looking to flourish in the hotel/customer service industry we want to speak with you.
