Job Description
The Fairfield Inn & Suites hotel is seeking a Guest Service Agent 3-11pm or5-11pm We are looking for candidates that are outgoing and looking to excel in the customer service industry. Career Opportunities to grow within our company . Job duties consist of but not limited too:
- Answering all phone calls
- Guest check-ins/check outs
- Completing reservations and excelling in sales revenue
- Greeting guests and providing exceptional customer service
- Handle customer issues with resolution
- Daily check are provided Shifts 3p-11p or 5-11pm Must be available to work some weekends.
Job Types:
Part-time, Full-time Pay:
$16.00- $18.
