Jamestown, North Dakota Position Summary My Place Hotel-Jamestown, ND is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Night Auditor to join our team. This position is responsible for overnight front desk operations, guest service, balancing daily transactions, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel during overnight hours. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and able to provide excellent customer service during late-night hours. Responsibilities Front Desk & Guest Service Greet and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs Answer phone calls and respond to guest requests promptly and professionally Handle reservations and payment processing Address guest concerns and resolve issues as needed Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk environment Night Audit Duties Complete nightly financial reports and balance daily transactions Reconcile cash, credit card, and reservation system records Prepare reports for management Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and billing Laundry Duties Wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens and towels Keep laundry area clean and stocked Assist with linen inventory as needed Cleaning & Maintenance Tasks Clean and sanitize common areas, including the lobby, hallways, and public restrooms Take out trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the property Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed Restock supplies and maintain organization of storage areas Report maintenance or safety concerns to management Qualifications Customer service or hotel experience preferred, but not required Basic computer and cash-handling skills Ability to work independently overnight Reliable attendance and punctuality required Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and remain active throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Benefits Flexible part-time schedule Employee hotel discounts Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the company How to Apply Apply online or in person at My Place Hotel-Jamestown, ND!
