Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, billing, and room assignments. Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly desirable. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests. Knowledge of front desk procedures, hotel management systems, and night audit processes. Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in multi-line phone systems. Familiarity with guest relations techniques to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Ability to stay organized, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and remain calm under pressure.
