  • We are seeking a friendly and highly organized Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest relations, manage hotel operations, and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Duties:
  • Greet guests upon arrival, handle check-in and check-out processes, and provide assistance with any questions or concerns.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Utilize phone systems to answer and direct guest calls.
  • Manage room assignments and ensure guest rooms are accurately allocated.
  • Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure seamless operations and high-quality guest services.
  • Handle guest requests, including special requests, and provide recommendations for local attractions and dining.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures and communicate them effectively to guests.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve knowledge of hotel operations and enhance guest services.
  • Provide support for hotel events and activities, as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, room assignments, and any issues or concerns.
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional guest relations.
  • Familiarity with hotel management and hospitality management practices.
  • Experience with phone systems and phone etiquette.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
