Bakken Airport XWA Hotel - Williston, ND Join Our Team! Bakken Airport XWA Hotel is looking for a friendly and reliable Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor to join our team. No hotel experience is required—we are willing to train the right person! What You'll Do Welcome and assist hotel guests. Check guests in and out. Answer phone calls and assist with reservations. Handle guest questions and requests. Process payments and maintain accurate records. Run simple end-of-day reports during overnight shifts. Help keep the front desk area clean and organized. Work with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong customer service skills. Reliable and dependable. Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems. Able to work independently. Willing to work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
