Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Clerk / Housekeeper, where your energy and dedication will create memorable guest experiences every day! In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, efficiently managing check-in and check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar hospitality reservation platforms Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in accordance with hotel standards Assist with room assignments, key issuance, and guest requests related to amenities or services Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with hotel safety protocols and emergency procedures Handle phone communication professionally, utilizing proper phone etiquette to assist callers and coordinate reservations or inquiries Support night audit processes when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality management and guest relations Qualifications Previous experience in hotel operations, front desk management, or housekeeping is highly desirable; hotel experience is preferred Familiarity with hospitality management systems such as OPERA or other property management software (PMS) is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve efficiently and communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are advantageous Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest security at all times Excellent phone etiquette and client communication skills to handle inquiries professionally Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Resort experience or background in hospitality management will be considered an asset Join us in delivering exceptional guest experiences through energetic service and meticulous attention to detail!
