Job Description
Front Desk Associate - Aqua-Tots Swim School Aqua-Tots Swim School is looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Front Desk Associate to join our team! This role is the face of our swim school and plays a key part in creating a welcoming experience for families and students. Responsibilities Greet families and provide excellent customer service Answer phone calls, emails, and text inquiries Assist families with enrollment, scheduling, and account management Process payments and maintain accurate customer records Support daily operations and keep the front desk organized Communicate effectively with parents, instructors, and management Help maintain a positive and professional environment for staff and families Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Basic computer and administrative skills Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Must have weekend availability Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred What We Offer Fun and supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and leadership Flexible scheduling Competitive pay The opportunity to make a difference by helping children become safer in and around water If you love working with people and enjoy being part of a family-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you!
