Front Desk Staff Maple Athletic Complex Omaha, NE Job Details Part-time From $15.50 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Serving Customer communication Customer service Basic math Greeting customers Organizational skills Time management Full Job Description The Maple Athletic Complex is an indoor athletic facility that houses tennis courts, pickleball courts, batting cages, a lounge/bar area, and an indoor regulation-sized soccer field. We are looking to hire front desk staff for primarily weekend shifts in the afternoons/evenings.
Job Type:
Part-time (Evenings/Nights and Weekends) Job duties include: Greet and welcome guests and customers in a friendly and professional manner Answer call-ins and assist customers when needed Help maintain cleaniness of the facility Prepare and serve basic alcoholic beverages (minimal mixing, mostly canned/bottled beverages) Skills/Requirements Must be 19 years of age or older Basic math knowledge Experience with Microsoft Excel ( preferred ) Customer service/interpersonal skills Time management & organizational skills
