The Bedford Village Inn & Grand is a 4 Diamond Inn & Restaurant featuring 64 rooms & suites, an outdoor, salt water pool and hot tub, lobby bar and state-of-the art fitness room. The Grand is a Preferred Hotels & Resorts property offering Luxury Service & Accommodations.

Position Overview:

The Bedford Village Inn is hiring a hands-on, personable, motivated, professional and well-seasoned Front Desk Guest Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate should be outgoing and friendly with a gregarious personality and a natural talent for customer service. We want our guests to feel as though they can get anything they might want or need at the drop of the hat, so as the Front Desk/Guest Service Representative, it would be your job to provide that. 1+ years' front desk experience in the hospitality industry preferred.

Schedule:

Full Time schedule, Shifts and Days of week would vary based on occupancy, but I may be able to be flexible with your availability. Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday) is required for this position. Holiday availability is required. We are open 365 days/year. I do take requests from all staff as the holidays approach.
