Able to work 7AM-3PM and 3pm-11pm shift. We are seeking a professional, friendly and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team at our hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a warm welcome and a memorable stay for our guests. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Phone etiquette and knowledge of phone systems.
• Familiarity with hospitality management software is preferred.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.

Skills:

• Good customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
