Job Description
The Comfort Inn & Suites, Dover is looking for an Experienced Front Desk Associate part time. A hotel front desk associate is the first point of contact with guests and handles all stages of a guest's stay. A typical day as a hotel front desk agent, involves reservations, registering and checking guests in and out of their rooms, while accommodating any special requests. This position requires a responsible and reliable person with great customer service skills, be friendly and help our guests have the best stay. Must be flexible and able to work 3pm-11pm including weekends and holiday's. Great Pay for the right person. Need to be reliable and responsible and enjoy hospitality. Start as soon as possible, experience is preferred , but willing to train the right person. Qualifications and Skills High school diploma/GED required. 1+ years hotel front desk experience in the hospitality industry preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with using the internet and analytical skills. Experience with cash handling required. Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling all situations. Adhere to the policies and procedures of the hotel. Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends. Working knowledge of computer and math skills.
