Front Desk Agent - Just 20 Minutes from Fryeburg, Maine Looking for a hospitality job close to home? Snowvillage Inn, located just a short 10-15 minute drive from Fryeburg, Maine, is seeking a friendly, dependable Front Desk Agent to join our team. Avoid the long commute to North Conway and enjoy working at one of the White Mountains' most scenic boutique inns, overlooking the Presidential Range and Mount Washington. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play an important role in creating memorable experiences from arrival to departure. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a welcoming hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently. Answer phones and assist guests with reservations and inquiries. Provide information about the inn, local attractions, dining, and activities. Respond to guest requests and help resolve concerns promptly. Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area. Assist with daily operational tasks to support the guest experience.

Qualifications:

Customer service experience preferred. Hospitality experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable using computers, phones, and reservation systems.
