Job Description

Front Desk Agent Pay Rate:
$18.00 - $19.00 Wentworth by the Sea is currently accepting applications for Front Desk Agent. As part of the first 10 minutes of a guest's experience, the Front Desk Agents are responsible for making lasting first impressions, starting with the warm welcome/welcome back, owning each interaction and representing the company as if it were their own. In addition to undertaking various procedural and administrative duties, dealing with and diffusing conflict or tension is also a critical skill we are looking for. Please note, based on the current needs of the hotel, weekend availability is essential.
