Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the property Manage front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and reservations using hotel management software such as PEP Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette Assist guests with room assignments, special requests, and hotel amenities to enhance their stay Respond promptly to guest concerns or emergencies following hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety and satisfaction Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details Support night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred Bilingual or multilingual skills highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Familiarity with hotel management systems such as PEP is a plus Strong customer service background with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and resort experience is advantageous Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and calmness Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Join us in creating welcoming environments where every guest feels at home! Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
