Job Description

Seeking a person to perform a variety of duties in support of hotel operations.
Responsibilities:
Perform guest check-in functions Perform reservation capture pursuant to hotel practices Respond to guest requests and complaints with kind polite professionalism Collect payments, accurately record and reconcile all data Perform room inspections/small tasks to ensure readiness and cleanliness Monitor security cameras and walk halls to ensure safe/quiet environment Field all phone calls and coordinate messages as appropriate Communicate pertinent information with staff as it relates to each member ​
Qualifications:
Communication skills and professional customer relations are a priority Previous experience in front desk service is good to have but not essential Ability to present in a friendly professional manner is essential Basic computer and organizational skills are essential for daily activities Analytical skills will help to reconcile financial records (eg. end of shift log)
Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
public relations: 1 year (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred)
