As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and its amenities. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest accounts. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing phone systems and ensuring proper phone etiquette. Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hospitality management software. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all guest needs are met during their stay. Provide local area information and recommendations to guests to enhance their experience. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele. Proficiency in phone systems and excellent phone etiquette is essential. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
