Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team at a vibrant hotel/resort. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information regarding their stay. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently using hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details. Operate phone systems to answer calls promptly and provide assistance or transfer calls as needed. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience. Assist in managing online reviews and guest feedback to improve service quality. Requirements Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of hotel practices and procedures. Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Multilingual skills are a plus to cater to diverse guests. Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. A passion for providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
