We are actively hiring a reliable front-line staff member to take charge of our guest check-ins, manage daily POS transactions, and oversee the floor of our 15,000-square-foot indoor recreation center. If you thrive in an active environment and enjoy interacting with everyone from casual weekend families to highly competitive league players, this is the role for you. What You Will Be Working With You will be the primary point of contact directing guests to our massive variety of on-site activities, which include: Premium indoor golf simulator bays (featuring GSPro and Uneekor View) Professional-grade pocket billiards and pool tables Indoor duckpin bowling lanes An active arcade floor with arcade games, pinball, air hockey, and claw machines Dedicated tabletop and card gaming areas
Daily Responsibilities Front-of-House Operations:
Act as the first point of contact. Greet arriving guests, answer pricing questions, and confidently operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Activity Management:
Check players into their assigned pool tables, bowling lanes, or golf bays. Help new users navigate the golf software and hand out required equipment.
Floor Maintenance:
Keep the front desk spotless, reset gaming areas as soon as groups leave, and ensure the venue looks presentable at all times.
Kitchen Coordination:
Route customer food orders accurately and communicate with the kitchen team to ensure pizzas and snacks go out on time. Mandatory Scheduling Requirements Because our facility caters to after-school, evening, and weekend crowds, your schedule must align with our peak traffic.
Required Availability:
You must be able to consistently work a minimum of two weeknight evening shifts AND two weekend shifts (between Friday night and Sunday night) every week.
Candidate Profile:
You need to be tech-savvy enough to learn our booking systems quickly, comfortable on your feet, and capable of handling busy Saturday rushes with a friendly, professional attitude.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
