Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Your energetic and professional demeanor will create a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes guests feel valued and cared for. In this role, you will handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and coordinate with various departments to deliver seamless guest experiences. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will be key in maintaining our reputation for outstanding hospitality. Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude, providing excellent customer service at all times Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems Handle multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette, addressing guest questions and reservation requests Assist guests with inquiries about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in multiple languages if applicable Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Familiarity with guest relations, night audit procedures, and hotel operations is a plus Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences!
