As the first point of contact, you'll manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle inquiries with professionalism, and ensure every visitor feels valued and cared for. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will set the tone for memorable stays and positive guest relations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, answering inquiries promptly and accurately Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications to bookings while maintaining accuracy Address guest concerns or complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary to ensure resolution Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing daily reports to ensure financial accuracy Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all guest-related documentation is up-to-date Requirements Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Knowledge of hospitality management systems and multi-line phone systems is a plus Excellent communication skills with a focus on professionalism and clarity in guest interactions Ability to handle night shifts or flexible hours as needed for resort or hotel operations Familiarity with guest relations, hotel experience, and hospitality best practices is advantageous Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality expertise makes every guest's stay extraordinary!
