Job Description
Overview We are seeking a professional, customer-focused individual to provide exceptional overnight front desk support in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming experience for guests, handling administrative tasks with accuracy, and maintaining a calm, attentive presence during overnight hours. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general property inquiries. Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and service needs. Process reservations, payments, and account updates accurately. Maintain a secure and organized front desk environment throughout the shift. Monitor property activity and follow established safety and security procedures. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support guest satisfaction. Complete shift reports, logs, and other required documentation. Provide clear communication to the next shift regarding guest issues, tasks, and priorities. Support additional front desk and operational duties as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or front desk operations preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain professional, calm, and solution-oriented in a variety of situations. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and standard office software. Ability to work independently during overnight hours. Basic math skills and accuracy in handling transactions. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Preferred Skills Experience with property management systems or hospitality software. Knowledge of safety, security, and emergency response procedures.
