In this dual role, you will be the welcoming face of our resort, providing exceptional guest services while ensuring safe and efficient transportation. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help foster a warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Duties Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport guests between designated locations within the resort or nearby attractions, ensuring punctuality and safety at all times Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions Manage front desk operations including answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, handling guest inquiries, and processing reservations Assist with guest check-outs, billing, and account management while maintaining accurate records of all transactions Provide outstanding guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Support hotel management with night audit procedures when scheduled, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and shuttle vehicle, adhering to safety protocols and hospitality standards Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, with a strong background in guest services and front desk functions Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Previous hotel experience, especially in resort settings or customer service roles involving night audits or guest relations Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional manner Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles, including hotel management software and guest service best practices Ability to operate shuttle vehicles safely and confidently; valid driver's license required with a clean driving record Exceptional communication skills coupled with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest satisfaction Join us in delivering top-tier hospitality experiences by combining your driving expertise with your passion for guest service.
