Front Desk Agent Angel Fire Resort is seeking friendly, welcoming, guest service minded individuals to work the front desk at the Lodge. The Front Desk Agent is typically the first point of contact for guests, so agents should strive to provide positive first impressions. This position will be responsible for greeting and checking in guests, providing any information needed about the resort, and assisting the guests throughout their stay. The successful candidate will have excellent computer skills, will be a quick learner, and will perform well in a busy work environment.Base Pay:

- Instructs guests on where to park and how to get to hotel rooms
- Issues room keys and any other lodging necessities.
- Transmits and receives telephone messages.
- Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; and shopping, dining, resort activities, entertainment, and travel directions.
- Keeps records of room availability and guests' accounts.
- Computes bill, collects payment, and makes changes for guests.
- Makes and confirms reservations.
- Communicates with housekeeping and building maintenance to facilitate customer needs.
- Other associated tasks and duties as assigned
