Maanke LLC is looking for a friendly and motivated Front Desk Clerk to join our hotel team in Los Lunas, NM! Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using hotel management software Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate billing records Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in hotel front desk, hospitality, or customer service preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with basic computer systems and hotel reservation software a plus Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Professional appearance and a positive, guest-first attitude
