Front Desk Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience during their stay. This is a great opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with night audit duties as needed

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of phone systems and office equipment
• Excellent guest service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in computer systems and software, including hotel management systems
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
