As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you'll play a key role in delivering our signature Family‑Style Service. What You'll Do Greet guests warmly and determine reservation status Search reservation systems, print registration forms, verify identification, and obtain signatures File and retrieve registration forms during check‑in and check‑out Prepare room keys and assign rooms based on guest needs and preferences Assist with billing inquiries, adjustments, and refunds Block rooms for Groups, VIPs, Sales, and Casino departments Perform additional duties as assigned to support front‑of‑house operations Maintain availability for scheduled shifts Deliver Caesars Entertainment's Family‑Style Service at all times
