Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of a health club environment, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Cle Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests promptly Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and guest relations throughout all interactions Assist with night audit procedures when required Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and inviting at all times Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele effectively Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems preferred Knowledge of resort operations, guest services, and hospitality best practices is advantageous Experience in guest relations, hotel experience, or night audit roles will be beneficial for success in this position
