Full Job Description Job Title:
Front Desk Associate & Night Hotel Operations We are looking for a dedicated, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to manage daily hotel operations and deliver an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate should be organized, flexible with scheduling, and willing to support both operational and on-call responsibilities. Person will be required to stay at the property 24/7. We will provide you with a room to stay at a minimum weekly cost ranging from $85•95 per week
Shift Timing:
9:00 AM•4:00 PM or 4:00 PM•10:00 PM Flexibility with shifts is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day front desk and hotel operations Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and requests Manage reservations and room assignments Coordinate with housekeeping and assign rooms for cleaning and turnover Conduct or assist with night audit responsibilities as needed Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner Maintain accurate records and ensure proper communication between departments Support smooth daily operations of the hotel
Additional Responsibilities:
Candidate will be required to stay at the property during assigned work periods as operational support may be needed Provide shift coverage when other Front Desk team members are on vacation or unavailable Night-time on-call responsibilities will be required A company phone will be provided for after-hours guest assistance Night requests are typically minimal and generally average approximately 1-1.5 hours of work time On-call duties may include: Assisting with late guest check-ins Creating/replacing room keys Addressing guest concerns or requests Supporting urgent operational needs as required
Requirements:
Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn hotel systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Flexible availability and willingness to support varying schedules Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset We are looking for someone who is dependable, adaptable, and committed to ensuring a smooth hotel operation and a positive guest experience.
Pay:
$16.00•$17.00 per hour
