Full-Time Front Desk Associate Children's Indoor Playground Job Overview We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and sales-driven Full-Time Front Desk Associate to join our children's indoor playground team. As the first point of contact for families and guests, you will play a key role in creating a fun, welcoming, and well-organized environment. This is more than just a front desk job — you will be responsible for daily ticket sales, birthday party bookings, customer service, and supporting overall operations. Duties & Responsibilities Welcome guests and families with a warm, positive attitude Handle daily admission ticket sales , check-ins, and payment processing Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about pricing, party packages, and playground policies Promote and sell birthday party packages confidently and professionally Assist customers with party bookings, scheduling, and follow-ups Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone Manage reservations, waivers, and customer information accurately Support party check-ins and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth events Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Clearly communicate playground rules and ensure a safe, positive experience for all guests Requirements Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable with sales and performance-based commission Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment Basic computer skills (POS system, email, scheduling tools) Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented Bilingual (English & Chinese preferred but not required) Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles is a plus Why Join Us?
