Job Description
Audit, balance, post and report on the front desk to include but not limited to; room charges, phone calls, zero balance folios, corrections, adjustments, taxes, disputed charges, over/short figures, deposits, etc., to ensure accuracy and verify proper cash handling procedures are followed. Prepare and input statistics for preparation of daily reports on an excel spreadsheet. Run night audit after insuring all revenues are in balance nightly. Perform the duties of a Front Desk Clerk as well as fold hotel laundry and put out breakfast bar items. As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be responsible for providing the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous and professional manner. We are looking for positive, upbeat individuals who can deliver total guest satisfaction. Pleasant telephone demeanor Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner Must have the ability to communicate clearly and directly with guests using a positive, clear speaking voice Must have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays Must be capable of working efficiently under stressful situations This position is for a fill in position mostly 2nd and 3rd shift.
