In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help foster a warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with smooth check-in and check-out procedures Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism and courtesy Manage multi-line phone systems to answer reservations, inquiries, and coordinate guest requests efficiently Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and special requests to ensure seamless service delivery Support night audit responsibilities by reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly and effectively Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently Experience in front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment Knowledge of hospitality management principles and hotel management software is a plus Multilingual or bilingual abilities to assist diverse guest populations are highly valued Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on creating positive experiences Embark on a rewarding career in hospitality where your energy and passion for service will shine.
